Site Privacy Policy — MultiCraft Info

MultiCraft Info (hereinafter referred to as "the site" and/or "our site") is committed to maintaining full transparency with its users.

I — General Information

The site is managed by a team of volunteers and not by any company.
We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by MultiCraft Studio OÜ or any other company or organization.
All services provided rely on our APIs, which are based on those of MultiCraft.
Data displayed on the "Servers" page comes solely from the official game APIs.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for their content.

II — How the Site and Its APIs Work

Our site uses a service developed by us to scan and save game servers at regular intervals.
The following information is stored in our database:

  • Server name
  • Server description
  • Administrator username
  • Server invitation code
  • Number of connected players
  • Country
  • Miscellaneous information, such as Premium status, mode (creative/survival/hardcore)

This information is stored indefinitely in our database and is updated as necessary.
The list of connected players is not stored and only transits through our APIs.

III — Data Deletion Requests

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your data.
This request allows you to remove your server from our database, along with all related information.
Your request must include:

  • Your username on the server
  • The invitation code of your server

To protect against fraud targeting other servers, you must also attach a video of at least 30 seconds.
In this video, you must open the MultiCraft application, go to the "Server Hosting" section, and select your server.
This video will help us verify that you are indeed the owner of the server.
The request must be sent by email to deblock-studios@proton.me.
It will take a maximum of 30 days to process.

IV — Warranties

The site is provided without any warranty of operation.

V — Chat

Our site features a live chat section.
You must not send illegal, sexual, or explicit content.
Our moderation team does its best to moderate messages.

The font used is the property of MultiCraft Studio OÜ and is provided to us under the CC BY SA 3.0 license.
All data displayed on the "Servers" page is the property of their respective owners.
The logo is the property of MultiCraft Studio OÜ.

Deblock Account — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MultiCraft Info ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information you provide when you create or use a Deblock Account. By registering for a Deblock Account, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1. Data Controller

MultiCraft Info is operated by an independent volunteer team and is not affiliated with any company or legal entity. For any privacy-related requests, contact us at deblock-studios@proton.me.

2. What Data We Collect

When you create a Deblock Account, we collect and store the following information:

  • Email address — used to identify your account and send account-related messages (e.g., password reset).
  • Username / Display name — the public name shown next to your messages and profile.
  • Profile avatar — an optional image you may upload to personalize your account.
  • Encrypted password — stored in hashed form via Supabase Auth; we never have access to your plain-text password.
  • Account metadata — creation date, last sign-in date, and account role (regular user or administrator).

When you use the site's chat feature, we additionally store:

  • Your chat messages (content, timestamp, channel).
  • Your user ID and display name associated with each message.
  • Any reports you submit about other users' messages.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate you and keep your session active.
  • To display your username and avatar in the chat.
  • To send transactional emails (password reset, email confirmation) — sent via Supabase's email service.
  • To moderate the chat and enforce these rules.
  • To process abuse reports you submit or that are submitted about you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Deblock Accounts are powered by Supabase (supabase.com), a third-party authentication and database provider. Your email address, hashed password, and profile metadata are stored on Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase may be subject to its own privacy policy, which you can consult at supabase.com/privacy.

This site also uses Simple Analytics for anonymous, privacy-friendly traffic statistics. Simple Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

5. Data Retention

  • Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists.
  • Chat messages are retained indefinitely unless deleted by you, an administrator, or upon account deletion.
  • When you delete your account, your email address, username, avatar, and authentication credentials are permanently erased. Chat messages may be anonymized or deleted at administrator discretion.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you may update your username and email directly from your profile page.
  • Right to erasure — you may delete your account at any time from your profile page. You may also contact us by email for manual deletion.
  • Right to restrict processing — you may contact us to request that we limit the processing of your data.
  • Right to data portability — you may request an export of the data linked to your account.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at deblock-studios@proton.me. Requests will be handled within 30 days.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the database is restricted to authenticated administrators via Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Children

Deblock Accounts are not intended for children under the age of 13. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of your Deblock Account after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Deblock Account — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of a Deblock Account on MultiCraft Info. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Deblock Account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at deblock-studios@proton.me if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

By using a Deblock Account, you agree not to:

  • Send, post, or share any content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing.
  • Post sexually explicit or graphic content of any kind.
  • Impersonate another person, user, or member of the MultiCraft Info team.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, the database, or any part of the service.
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to spam the chat or abuse the service.
  • Share or distribute malware, phishing links, or any content designed to harm others.
  • Attempt to circumvent moderation measures, bans, or restrictions.
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

4. Chat and User-Generated Content

The chat feature is provided as a community space. You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant MultiCraft Info a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and moderate that content as part of operating the service.

We reserve the right to remove any message, edit content, or restrict your access to the chat if we determine that you have violated these Terms or the spirit of the community.

5. Reports and Moderation

Any user may report a message or profile that they believe violates these Terms using the report feature. Reports are reviewed by administrators. Submitting false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these Terms. We are not obligated to take action on every report, but we take all reports seriously.

6. Bans and Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Banned users may not create new accounts to circumvent a ban. In serious cases (e.g., illegal content), we may report the matter to relevant authorities.

You may delete your own account at any time from your profile page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

7. Availability

The Deblock Account service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or discontinue the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MultiCraft Info and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or account access.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section reflects the most recent change. Continued use of your Deblock Account after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
